A database of interpreted x-rays in a mobile application
Students affiliated with the Student Scientific Circle at the Department of Dental and Maxillofacial X-ray Diagnostics at the Medical University of Lublin have developed the DentX mobile application, which is intended to be a database of correctly interpreted radiological images of the head and neck area. The project was subsidized by the Ministry of Science.
The project prepared by the Student Scientific Circle at the Department of Dental and Maxillofacial X-ray Diagnostics concerns the creation of a database of correctly interpreted radiological images of the head and neck area in the form of a specialized mobile application. The solution will be for medical and dental students, dentists and doctors undergoing specialty training in radiology and diagnostic imaging.
The project received 70 thousand. Funding under the program "Student Scientific Circles create innovations" of the Ministry of Science and Higher Education. The purpose of the program is to help scientific circles implement innovative projects, improve the quality of their activities, and improve the mechanism for transferring technology and technical solutions developed as part of their activities to the economic sphere.
